– Ranch Ownership

– Adds 3 ranches expansions (expands bolomin70’s buyable properties mod) to:
– Argile Rise
– Ridge View Cabin
– Shepard’s Rise Cabin

and expands Beecher’s Hope as the fourth ranching location of the mod.

– Stockpile

The Stockpile is a dynamically expanding part of your ranch, which represents your total stock.
Your stock is made up of:
Strawberries
Carrots
Corn
Tomatoes
Wheat
Potatoes
Beef
Mutton
Poultry
Pork
Milk
Eggs
Wool

– Raising animals

– Smaller animals will need to be purchased and delivered by wagon
– Bigger animals like cows and bulls need to be delivered on foot
– You’ll need to build animal pens yourself ( 1 – 4 per ranch)

– Animals like cows and goats provide milk and will need to be milked in an interactive mini-game
– Sheep will need to be sheared in an interactive mini-game
– Chickens will produce chicken eggs which will need to be delivered in an interactive mini-game

– Killing an animal will add their meat to their stockpile
– Feeding animals will speed up their produce time

– Growing Plants

– At each ranch you can have up to four different planting plots, each holding 1 – 5 crops
– You will need to purchase seeds and have them delivered by wagon before planting
– After planting, your plant will have to go from growth stages 1 – 3 before being able to be harvested
– With the use of the watering throughs you can water your crop, speeding up their growth process.
– Once ready, deliver the harvest to the stockpile

– Delivery

Once you’re ready, you can choose what part of your stock you want to sell, whether you want to sell everything all at once, or just certain items

Deliver the stock by wagon to any town and collect your pay
