Taking inspiration from a few pics from the GDC presentation Rockstar made in 2021, this mod restores a fully functional knife sheath on the leg, keeping the design as accurate as possible from the original material available.
There are two versions to choose from:
CI VERSION: Fully compatible with Catalogue improvements by default and other mods with the merges
TALISMAN: Works with pretty much every mod that modifies shop_items (except whyemsdlc), but you’re limited if you already use other talisman replacements.

Installation instructions
– Extract Betaknifesheath.zip and place the contents into your main rdr2 folder (the lml folder and asi file)
– Download and extract the compatibility patch that works with the mods you have installed and place the contents inside the your lml folder (If you’re using the talisman version omit this step)
– Installation of the talisman version is very simple, just drag both files in your root folder
– Make sure to give this mod priority over others in mod manager

– For The last gunslinger, download the necessary .zip then drop the folder into your lml and give my mod priority over it
– Its the same process for the RDR1 sheath mod, drop the lml and script into your rdr2
– For the RDR1 sheath mod, make sure to remove the script and weapons.ymt on that mod or it will cause issues.
– For munitions simply download the merge and replace the weapons.ymt in the main folder of the mod.
– You don’t need to download the standalone munitions merge if you will use the compatibility patch for rdr1 sheath mods, there’s one already inside that .zip
KNOW ISSUES AND COMPATIBILITY
– If you have any other mod that modifies shop_items.ymt, shop_items.ymt.pso, and weapons.ymt with higher priority, my mod will not work properly and issues with the wardrobe/guns are expected
– Since this mod was built using parts of CI, Whyemsdlc is not recommended for any of the versions.
