This mod completely overhauls the mask system to work exactly how I wanted it to be.
If you commit crimes while being masked and unidentified, your bounty will not increase.
A true outlaw doesn’t care about morals. While the mask is equipped, your honor is completely frozen. You cannot gain or lose honor.
Added honor value display just above the honor meter. (Press DPAD Down or Left Alt).
Things to note:
You should wear your mask before you have a bounty, before witnesses see you, or before a law incident starts.
If you put the mask on while you already have a bounty or while a witness is actively reporting you, this mod will register that you are already identified. You would receive the bounty and experience honor loss.
Once the coast is clear, when you pull the mask down, your honor and bounty will remain exactly where they were before you put the mask on.
You can decide whether you want to display honor value or not through Masked.ini. (Default is ON)
Installation:
Place the Masked.asi and Masked.ini file into your main game folder alongside RDR2.exe.
Requires ScriptHookRDR2.
