Bucket Hat – The Bucket Hat is not missable. It can now be found worn by the lumberjacks in Strawberry.
Liberty Hat – The Liberty Hat is not missable. It can now be found worn by the cowpokes in Valentine.
The Mountaineer Hat – The Mountaineer Hat now has a higher chance of be found by the outlaws in St. Denis.
Newsboy Cap – The Newsboy Cap is not missable. It can now be found worn by the outlaws in Van Horn.
Military Slouch Hat – The Military Slouch Hat is can be found worn by the Lemoyne Raiders.
Drifter Hat – The Drifter Hat is can be found worn by the O’Driscoll Boys.
Slouch Bucket Hat – The Slouch Bucket Hat is can be found worn by the laborers in St. Denis.
