A rework to Tritium <-> Deutrium <-> Di-Hydro refining and new modified recipe for frigate fuel
As stated in the overview this mod aims to overhaul the refinement processes between Tritium, Deutrium and Di-hydrogen.
On top of that it alters the Frigate Fuel Recipes.

H + H + H=> 1T
D + D => 2T

Modigfied Frigate Fuel Recipe
50 Tonnes == 100 Oxygen + 100 Tritium
100 Tonnes == 200 Oxygen + 200 Tritium
200 Tonnes == 400 Oxygen + 400 Tritium
