This program allows you to update/download clean camo mods, when updating it only downloads the changes instead of the entire new mod, as a result of that you can update your clean camo mods way faster as you only need to download the changes which are usually between 10MB and 100MB instead of 3GB.

Place the program into your world of tanks directory and execute it.
