Packfile Limit Adjuster RDR2 is the RDR2 counterpart of GTA5’s Packfile Limit Adjuster Enhanced, which allows users to increase to maximum number of packfiles (RPFs) the game can load, basically allowing for more addons and mods. It is necessary if you use RageOpenRDR2 and want to increase the amount of mods you can load from the mods folder.
Installation instructions
Copy and paste PackfileLimitAdjusterRDR2.asi and PackfileLimitAdjusterRDR2.ini into the game’s main folder (where RDR2.exe is)
Optionally change the value inside the ini to suit your needs.
Note
The game’s default value (version 1491.50) is 4700.
Packfile Limit Adjuster RDR2 sets it by default to 10000.
(The game then adds 5 to it and uses that as the maximum number of RPFs.)

Allows the game to load more RPFs, which translated to being able to use more addon mods.
Requirements
ASI Loader: Either use the dinput8.dll that comes with ScriptHookRDR2 or download the x64 dinput8.dll from this page.
