New stubble face for Arthur that replaces his clean shaved face, based off of my earlier mod ‘Clean Arthur Mod’, as well as Max’s leather Jacket and necktie.

The Max Payne pack contains replacements for Arthur’s face, which will now have a permanent stubble, a leather jacket replacement for the gunslinger jacket texture and Max’s Necktie from Max Payne 3, I also removed the shiny material on the necktie that made it silk with a cotton material that will affect all neckties.
