Adds hats to a bunch of Dutch appearances, makes him look just *that* much better.
Ever looked at Dutch without a hat and thought to yourself: “Jesus, he’s ugly.” Well think no more! This mod adds hats to some of Dutch’s appearances and makes him look very snazzy and classy with a tip of the hat.
Drop the file titled “CS_DUTCH” into your LML > Stream folder.
