This is an attempt to recreate the ugly and meaner beta images we have of Arthur, without model support this is the best we could accomplish giving him new scars, brown stubble, and with the help of expression editing a new facial structure.
also included are a shirt texture color matched to that of a very early model test for the summer gunslinger

Beta Arthur Morgan Expanded and Enhanced – recommended for every component other then the shirts!
Expression Unlocker
Put the .asi in your rdr2 root folder, throw the rest in your stream folder
