Minor changes to the outfit of some of the NPCs.
Changes:
Lenny and Bill will wear their clothes from the Saint Denis bank heist during the Valentine’s bank heist.
Bill, Dutch and Hosea will wear their clothes from the Saint Denis heist during the mayor’s party.
Bill, Sean and Lenny will wear the robbery jacket as warm clothes
Hosea and Lenny always wear their first hat, which they also wear during the Saint Denis bank robbery.
Micah always wears gloves with his leather jacket
Javier will wear his poncho in warm weather instead of cool weather
Sadie will always wear his hat from the “American Venom” mission instead of the other one
Molly will wear her cut outfit in the warm weather

Move the .ymt files to the lml stream folder
