So, I’m not a modder but using Rampage Trainer I was able to make the Ghost Rider Skin and Outfit as good as possible.
Just put the files in “Red Dead Redemption 2\RampageFiles\Saved Outfits\” and enjoy.
Note: The fire is not something included in the wardrobe, it’s literally a torch spawned on object spawner menu and attached to Arthur’s bone (n. 482) with some position corrections.
Knowing issues:
While switching saved outfits you will get all of it mixed and messed up, I recommend simply go to “Remove all components”and then select an Outfit OR just go on “Load Clean Body”.
