There is a profanity filter in place where the game allows you to enter your own text.
Oddly, this filter is in place in singleplayer, which does not make sense, as no one will see what you named something as.

This mod removes the profanity filter by disabling the local profanity filter as well as the online profanity filter check
via Rockstar Social Club.
Unlike the other mod that disable’s the profanity filter, this mod also prevents the text you entered
from being sent to Rockstar for your privacy.
