This started as something I built just for myself while playing Red Dead Redemption 2
but it ended up turning into a whole different way to experience the game.
Set in Saint Denis, this mansion is designed to feel like a real, lived-in home… not just a location you pass through.
It’s a place you actually come back to.

Big shoutout to the talented modders behind the systems that make this experience possible. This project wouldn’t exist without the work they’ve already put into the community. I really appreciate the time, creativity, and effort that went into those mods, and all credit for those features goes to them. I just brought everything together in a way that fits my vision and playstyle.

This is all about bringing different pieces together into one space that actually feels natural, connected, and usable in everyday gameplay.
When everything is working the way it’s meant to, it starts to feel like a full lifestyle setup, where your house isn’t just decoration, it’s part of how you play.

3 horses already placed inside
Room for one more horse
Includes a custom horse that will also be released separately
Note: I did try to get the stable gates fully working, but couldn’t get the correct one to behave properly. Because of that, you’ll need to make sure your horses are hitched and taken care of, or they can wander off.
Depending on how you look at it, it can either be a small nuisance or just another layer of immersion.

Small detail, but it adds a lot to the feeling of the home
👥 Ambient NPC Presence
Regularly spawning peds are still active, so you’ll see things like:
Cleaning service around the property
Movement in and around the house
Making everything feel less static and more alive
🔥 Campsite + Cooking System (UCO)
Lets you leave the mansion and still maintain that day-to-day lifestyle loop

🎭 The Experience
This is built for a slower, more immersive way to play.
The kind where you:
Wake up in your own place
Move through your house like it actually belongs to you
Check on your horses, step outside, see people moving around
Store your money and items instead of carrying everything
Leave, handle business, and come back home

It turns the game into something you can just live in, not just play through.

⚠️ Notes
There may be a small visual issue where some (only one really noticeable) item’s are slightly floating
It’s minor, doesn’t affect gameplay, and will be fixed in a future update

🚧 Ongoing Project
This is something I’m actively building on.

More details and additions to the property
Expanding interaction and immersion
Improving the overall “live your life” feel

I’m also continuing to learn more about modding as I go, so expect things to grow over time.
