Removes the stamina decrease caused by smoking Premium Cigarettes and Cigars.
Description
I created this mod because it felt odd that premium cigarettes and cigars incurred the same stamina penalty as regular cigarettes. I wanted to remove the stamina penalty for premium tobacco products—making them feel like the better choice—while leaving regular cigarettes unchanged.
