Western Weapons Improvements V3

Mainly increased damage/fire rate for a handful of weapons (Nothing too drastic)

Schofield: Faster Fire Rate
Cattleman: Slightly better damage and fire rate
Double Action: Better Fire Rate, Accuracy and Damage
Varmint Rifle: Better Accuracy and Damage (It’s now a 2 shot)
Bolt Action: Better Fire rate
Knife and dynamite: Better damage

I did this bc there’s been a lot of neat weapon improvement mods recently and this way I can have everything I want in one
