– Brought back lamp flares texture with fog effect from City Lights Addon 4.4 (it just look much better than simple round flares, but please note that upside-down mirror reflection issue is still present)
– Increased size for red and orange blinking lights (on some stop and roadwork signs)
– Improved DOT headlight pattern
