East Coast Beam Life Rework v1.2 Sunset island 0.36.x

What’s been done:

– Added more lighting around stores in town;
– New gas station behind the police and fire station;
– New police impound lot;
– New store under construction;
– Reverse access through electric vehicle charging stations;
– Adjusted speed bumps and added signs;
– Many other minor changes.

Version 1.2:

– Fixed textures;
– Expanded the city;
– Fixed bugs.

In version 1.0:

– Small new details around the map;
– Added more small stores;
– Added Circuit track (not completely finished);
– Added more updates around the map with additional foliage.

In version 0.5.6:

– 1/8 mile of prepared drag racing lane
– 1/4 mile prepared drag racing lane
– A new small-town style zone at the end of the drag racing lane

In version 0.5.5:

– All lights now automatically turn on and off [Significant performance gain];
– 1/4 mile drag strip;
– More visual improvements;
– Support for 0.34 update – Trees are no longer orange.

In version 0.5.3:

– Added a dock at Sunset Island
– Added curbside parking
– Added parking lots and clutter around the island
– Added a small bridge for a pigeon to cross to get supplies for the lighthouse
– Added distribution yard
– Added houses on the coast
– Added a prison on the military base
– Added fencing and lighting on Drift Mountain
