After months of hard work, technical testing, and precision tuning, the time has come to enjoy the CAM Festival Trackday.
This project is not just another conventional Assetto Corsa map. It represents the result of extensive track layout design, atmospheric creation, and meticulous attention to technical detail. Stage Evolution’s goal isn’t just to offer a route, but a fully immersive experience, pushing the simulator’s engine to its current limits.
Based on the real-world event held at the Circuito Vasco Sameiro in Braga (Portugal), the layout combines the original Braga circuit —created by RMI Wood— with the Kartódromo Internacional de Braga.
The latter has been built entirely from scratch by Evolution Stage, integrating both sections through the pit area. Using shared assets and a new custom layout, we’ve achieved a smooth and organic transition between both zones, resulting in complete visual and functional unity.
Optimization and Quality Standards
To guarantee a high-level simulation experience, the project features:
✨ Advanced CSP and Pure Support: Full optimization for the latest versions, ensuring dynamic lighting and realistic atmospheric effects.
🛠️ Tested Development: This final version is the result of extensive user testing during the 0.5 beta phase, which was fundamental in refining performance and track behavior.
