This mod makes many of Red Dead Redemption 2’s stranger missions available much earlier than they normally would be.
A curated selection of major stranger missions are unlocked, including:
He’s British, of Course
The Iniquities of History
No Good Deed
Oh, Brother
The Ties That Bind Us
A Bright Bouncing Boy
The Mercies of Knowledge
Fisher of Men
Duchesses and Other Animals
The Wisdom of the Elders
The Veteran
The Noblest of Men, and a Woman (later parts)
The goal is to remove the useless story grind required to reach this content, while still allowing the missions to progress normally. This means that you can now play them while still in Horseshoe Overlook/Chapter 2!
What this mod does not unlock
This mod does not simply force every side mission in the game to unlock immediately.
Side missions that are heavily tied to story progression or require specific narrative context remain locked.
This includes missions such as:
Money Lending and Other Sins
Do Not Seek Absolution
The Course of True Love
Of Men and Angels
Other story-dependent side missions that rely on events or progression from the main story
Installation:
Put UnlockSideMissions.asi in your RDR2 root directory.
