Happy 4th and 250th. Adds a PED that includes Sheriff Steve Rogers from Marvel 1872 and the old west version of Captain America.
Check requirements before installing. Add the folder to lml. Overrides mp_s_m_m_pinlaw_01, type “pinlaw” to find it quick. Since I used that as a base he will be treated as law enforcement by other lawmen. Adds Sheriff Rogers, old west Captain America, and Liefield inspired Cap as a bonus.
