Realistic NPC Behavior V3.0

Realistic NPC Behavior

NPCs are no longer eager to throw their lives away.
When aiming a weapon at an NPC, they will react more realistically based on the situation. Civilians are more likely to surrender, while lawmen and armed opponents become less likely to immediately charge into a drawn gun.
The goal is not to make NPCs harmless, but to make their reactions feel more believable and immersive.

Notes
This mod does not remove weapons, disable combat, or make NPCs passive. It simply encourages more realistic self-preservation behavior when a weapon is already aimed at them.
