Mod is self explanatory, it removes the braindead witness system that for some reason Rockstar thought would be a good idea to implement in a western. With this, you can commit whatever crimes you want without having some idiotic witnesses pop up left and right.
This will also disable the scripted witnesses that appear whenever you rob a shop. It’s now possible to commit robberies without getting a bounty
All crimes are left intact, if a law authority sees you killing, robbing or whatever you’ll still get wanted
If you have Crime & Law Rebalance or another law mod w/ witnessinformation.meta, delete that file from their mod folder or use the mod manager to make this mod load first
Put it inside your lml folder
