Provides a more distinct scanning method for identifying creatures. No more DOTS!!! Missing creatures are clearly identified with a bright red question mark.
I found that scanning for creatures was always difficult. Looking for those little red dots was infuriating. So along time ago I created this mod to make it easier for me. Instead of a little red dots, I used a bright red Question Mark that was easy to see. Instead of the small green dot, I used a pale green Checkmark. I have found the question mark stands out on most planets making it easy to see. While the checkmark mostly fades into the background.
I thought it was time I shared it with the rest of the world. Please enjoy!
This mod only modifies the TEXTURES\UI\HUD\CREATURE.GREEN.DDS and TEXTURES\UI\HUD\CREATURE.RED.DDS files so it should survive most game upgrades without breaking.
