Turns dutch’s back and emblem from red to blue there are also 2 opptional file one that turns dutch’s shirt from white to black and one giving dutch his coat back with blue textured pockets and slighty darker retexture
Installation instructions
place the files in de stream folder in lml if you dont have one
go to your lml folder and make a new folder called stream
