This is an experimental FPS Booster.
This makes some Prop Trees/Crops/Bushes/Plants spawn at a closer distance to the Player.
Instead of extending the distance of these objects spawning, making them spawn closer stabilizes frames. I guess?
This MIGHT fix POP-in issues.
Please look at XML file for all prop objects affected.

5% closer distance
5% farther distance (opposite way)
