Odawara Pikes Peak 1.0

Odawara Pikes Peak

Odawara Pikes Peak is a large-scale mountain road project inspired by the route featured in MF Ghost, combining Hakone Turnpike, Tsubaki Line, and Japan National Route 1 into one continuous and varied driving experience.
While inspired by real-world roads, the focus is on creating a smooth and engaging driving experience across all sections. Therefore I have taken a few creative liberties in a few places.

Below is a showcase trailer TheCamy99 made for update prior to this one. Worth a watch.

Features

5 layouts:

Odawara Pikes Peak MFG Race
Tsubaki Line Downhill
Ohiradai Extended Downhill
Hakone Turnpike Downhill
Freeroam (2-way traffic)

Track features:

Race AI on all layouts (except freeroam)
Traffic for freeroam driving
TV cameras with multiple camera sets per layout
RainFX with wet surface behavior
Seasonal skins (Autumn & Winter)
Extensive optimization and culling for stable performance

The track also features street lighting across most sections, allowing for proper night driving without relying solely on headlights. Some areas, such as Hakone Turnpike, remain unlit to better match their real-world counterpart.

Each layout (except freeroam) includes multiple TV camera sets with varying spacing, allowing you to choose what fits best depending on the section. Tighter setups for technical areas and wider spacing for faster sections.

While some areas are less detailed and may be expanded upon in the future, the track is fully playable across all layouts.
