I present to your attention – Worse looking Karen!
Now she will always have a red face, regardless of whether she drank today or not!
This mod is very easy to install, just add the lml folder to your RDR2 directory (On the steam version of RDR2 – C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2)
