This mod was created for the sole reason of just not wanting to see penitentiary guards incorrectly wearing St. Denis police uniforms and train station worker hats anymore
The uniform textures all came from Heston Jameson, the warden of the Sisika Penitentiary
Heston Jameson wore a real Sisika Penitentiary uniform instead of the incorrect St. Denis Police uniform, so I put this uniform on the guards, and it worked out great
Milliken’s uniform is now the same style as the other guards
This uniform has the SP (Sisika Penitentiary) logo on the collar, there is no badge on this uniform
The only bad thing about the uniform is the lack of a holster
