Unlike other mods this changes all horses with one file. This will make all horses in the game perfect, so they start off with level 4 bonding, maximum speed and acceleration, max cores and elite handling.

Yes I know there is other mods that have this, but they provide only a few perfect horses at a time, so I thought it would be cool to be able to use any horse at any time without having to quit the game and install the right file for the right horse. Should include most horses, including gang and DLC, though donkeys and mules are not.
