This is the second ambient ped mod ill be making. My plan is to add ambient story characters into the open world to make it feel more alive. You can find brother dorkins at the big church in saint denis. To install you will need Rampage trainer and just put the files in RampageFiles>Spooner>autoload or if you wanna load it yourself put in spooner
My next ambient ped mod will be the Saint Denis mayor.
I also plan on doing retexturing mods soon.
